Shipping policy

Shipping

All local orders are processed & shipped within 2-3 business days (These are the days between Sunday through Thursday, and do not include public holidays and weekends)

We will notify you as soon as your order is picked up for delivery/shipping by our partner courier.

In case of any delay in the delivery of your order, please contact us at hello@chefmay.com 

For international orders, we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

It is not possible to open the package that contains your new order and return it on the spot with the courier. If you face a problem, please follow our Return policy below.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards using our payment gateway.

We accept cash payment upon order delivery as well.


Shipping of Returns/Exchanges:

Unless you are returning or exchanging an item that arrived defective or damaged, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned/exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will inform you of the cost of shipping when you make a return request.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If we are not able to reach you by phone or by SMS, your request for a return/exchange will be canceled 3 days from the first attempt.
