Shipping

All local orders are processed & shipped within 2-5 business days (These are the days between Sunday through Thursday, and do not include public holidays and weekends) 

International orders are also processed & shipped within 2-5 business days and the delivery time depends on your location. As an average it will take 10 to 15 business days for your international order to reach you.

In case of any delay in the delivery of your order, please contact us at support@chefmay.com We will notify you as soon as your order is picked up for delivery/shipping by our partner courier.

For international orders, we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

It is not possible to open the package that contains your new order and return it on the spot with the courier. If you face a problem, please follow our Return policy below.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards using our payment gateway.

We accept cash payment upon order delivery as well.

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (includes packing bubble wrap or any other form of protective packaging we use). We are unable to exchange/return items that are returned to us in anything less than like-new condition.

To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping of Returns/Exchanges

Unless you are returning or exchanging an item that arrived defective or damaged, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned/exchanged items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will inform you of the cost of shipping when you make a return request.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If we are not able to reach you by phone or by SMS, your request for a return/exchange will be canceled 3 days from the first attempt.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

In the case of an exchange, we cannot guarantee the availability of your desired item until the returned product passes inspection.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Paid by credit card: credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at  support@chefmay.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
